March 26, 2009 - OutcomeAdvantage begins pilot program to aid in Patient Satisfaction Program
OutcomeAdvantage began a 90-day patient satisfaction program that will use its software platform to automate IVR calls to a hospitals’ post-discharge patient population.
Calls will focus on the attentiveness of the hospital staff and nurses and will allow for a live-call transfer to a nurse when a patient’s answer warrants.
The primarily aim of the study is to improve the Press Ganey scores of the hospital. In addition to raising these patient satisfaction scores, we plan to show
the ease of our platform’s integration into current hospital infrastructure, a strong level of patient satisfaction as well as a reduction in post-discharge patient confusion.
